TCR Va Framework 1NMR structure of single-chain TCR 1bwm shows very poor alignment to other TCRs, both for the V-alpha and the V-beta domain. Pro A7 is Trans (1g6r, 2ckb), Pro A8 is cis (1h5b, 1b88, 1d9k, 1kb5, 1bwm?). A6 always Gln, check side chain orientation |
