The worksheet "Seq" now contains the sequences in three letter code, listed from top to bottom of the worksheet. If there are less than 250 residues in the final, gapped sequence alignment, the sequences can be converted to a more conventional horizontal arrangement of sequences in one letter code using the macro "PDB_ExtractSeq".

For longer sequences, you have to gap the sequences and enter the labelling information in the vertical alignment. Skip to step 8
