"PDB_PutFiles" exports the relabelled PDB File worksheets into proper PDB Files. If you do not wish to overwrite the original files (and confirm that you really want to do that it for every single file), move either the original files to a different directory or save the workbook containing the relabelled files into a new directory before you run "PDB_PutFiles".
