Step 10: "AA_Parse" chops up the Sequence String into individual Amino Acids

The macro "AA_Parse" takes the character string in the selected cells and distributes these individually into the cells to the right of the cell containing the original text string (your sequence). Leading blanks (spaces) are lost during the import into EXCEL, you may therefore have to correct your alignment. The inital sequence string is deleted, and the column width of the cells containing the sequence alignment set to "1".

Limitations: An EXCEL worksheet can contain no more than 255 cells in a row. Therefore, you have to cut up longer sequences into smaller chunks before running "AA_Parse".
