Structural Variability of VL and VH Domains

While the core calpha positions of VH and VL can be superimposed with an average rms-deviation of 0.5 Å for the VL and 0.8-1.0 Å for the VH domains, in the loops average deviations from the mean structure of >4Å are possible.
